Delivery & returns policy

 How to return your products

If your order doesn’t arrive in perfect condition, you maybe entitled to a refund. You must email cooking@coconutchilli.com immediately and give us the details of your complaint & return the item the day after your delivery arrived. 

1. Please email cooking@coconutchilli.com and we will assign you a tracking #.

2. Mail your returned item to: Returns Department, Suite 405,179 Whiteladies Road, Clifton, Bristol BS8 2AG

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions

Products which are three days past the sell by date.

We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Credit Card Charges

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfil your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

Shipping Policy

Turnaround

All orders are shipped on Wednesday to arrive the following day.

We can deliver to most UK destinations except the highlands of Scotland. If you are unsure, please email cooking@coconutchilli.com and we can advise based on your exact postcode.

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will be able to update you about your order status. Please email cooking@cocontchilli.com

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
