Shrimp and coconut milk korma with crunchy cashews

This korma is dreamy, creamy and mild – it’s got the tiniest hint of green chilli added for flavour rather than heat. We’ve added delicate coconut, curry leaves, peas and a dab of fresh coriander.

Our meal pots are made in small batches in the West Country. The shrimps aren’t local (who’d have thought this would be so hard) but we buy them from a Chinese supermarket – trusted for quality – and so we support a local family business.  We don’t use any artificial colours, preservatives or flavours.

And if you’re interested in this kind of thing, they happen to be gluten free – not intentionally but we thought you’d want to know.

Contains shrimps and cashew nuts. Please be careful if you have a nut allergy, as this dish was made in a kitchen where nuts have been used.
